Administration
When you subscribe to the WebCourse.net CMS service you assign one
or more individuals to the role of Course Administrator. The
Course Administrator, a super user, is responsible for
managing your entire course management program. Course Administrators
control access, handle initial set up, maintain subscription and
assign
certain users to the role of managers, instructors and publishers.
WebCourse.net CMS has embedded several layers of security. For example,
our proprietary SignOnOnce feature
will automatically detect a user's level of access throughout the
system. This means that each user need
only remember their unique userID and password
that
they
select
upon registration. The system's built-in intelligence will avoid
conflicts such as an instructor that is also a student and a publisher.
Due to security precautions, not even the Course
Administrator has access to an individual's userID and password.
Course Administrators have access to a variety
of comprehensive real-time reports to assist in managing your learning
network. Reports can be sorted, downloaded and printed.
