WebCourse.net CMS requires a standard web browser and an Internet connection. Windows style menus make it as easy to learn as any other Windows application. Also, WebCourse.net CMS is optimized for dial-up connections and does not require any plug-ins.

WebCourse.net CMS offers both online and offline technical assistance. Users can open and check the status of a support request directly from within the application. During normal business hours, users can chat directly with a support representative. Additionally, an automated voice response system allows users to open a support request from any touch-tone telephone.
