WebCourse.net CMS manages the registration and enrollment process for all users. Each user can customize their personal profile to set their preferences. Users can configure the application to start on a preferred screen, direct system messages to their cell phone and enable notifications whenever a course is added to their group.

All users select their own userID and password during the initial registration process. The userID and password combination is known only to them. To maintain data integrity, lost passwords can only be retrieved using the password recovery system by the registered user. WebCourse.net CMS employees will not be able to recover lost passwords.
